Each soft gel capsule provides the equivalent of 3,000mg Ginkgo Biloba leaf and 500mg Omega 3 Fish Oil (providing 90mg EPA and 60mg DHA).

Dosage
Take two capsules a day with food. Daily dose can be taken in one serving.
